Management system
The highest authority within META is the "General Assembly", comprising all members of the Association. The General Assembly agrees the concept, the plan of activities of the Association and the budget for the period concerned. The General Assembly agrees changes to the Statutes of the Association, the Organization Structure, the Internal Regulations and agrees the Annual Report. The General Assembly appoints the Executive Committee of 3-4 people as the executive body of the Association. The members of the Executive Committee are statutory representatives of the Association and manage activities between the meetings of the General Assembly. The controlling body of the Association is the Audit Committee comprising 3-4 members, appointed by the Annual General Meeting and who neither members nor employees of the Association.
Anyone who is sympathetic with the aims and goals of the Association can become a member of META Friends CLUB. They are regularly informed about activities of the Association and participate in the Annual General Meeting.
